An economist by education and teacher by profession, Maurice did not know much about food processing, but he was convinced that it would be possible to improve the salsas usually sold.

So he did what any balanced individual would have done: he put his career aside to create a salsa he would like to eat. After a few (several) tries, he finally came up with a product that satisfied his princess taste buds.

Maurice is now trying to free the Quebec population (and almost soon the world) from salsas that only taste like tomatoes in vinegar. Help him, try the salsa and spread the good news!
